Please read below for important information regarding your visit.
Sunday, March 9th
The Philadelphia International Airport is about a 20 minute ride to University City and your hotel. Upon arrival guests should secure ride share or a taxi to the Inn at Penn and check in under your name (please be sure to bring photo ID).
Hotel accommodations have been made for all Invited Speakers at the Inn at Penn Hotel located at 3600 Sansom Street.
March 9th, 7pm Dinner
Invited guests should plan to take a short 8 minute walk to The Study at University City located on the corner of 33rd and Chestnut Streets. Please head to the Drafting Room for socializing and dinner.
Monday, March 10th
A Penn representative will meet the group in the lower lobby (Louie Louie section) of the Inn at Penn at 7:30am where you will be escorted to the Perelman Center (just a quick 13 minute walk through the historical campus).
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided during the workshop.
Tuesday, March 11th
Guests should check out of the hotel and secure your ride share/taxi to PHL.
