Areas of Interest

Clinical:

Dr. Hahn is board certified in Medical Oncology and Radiation Oncology.  His clinical interests include combined modality therapies for cancer, as well as the treatment of lung cancer, sarcoma, and prostate cancer.

Research:

Dr. Hahn’s research interests include 1) the combination of molecularly-targeted therapies with radiation therapy especially as they relate to abnormal signal transduction pathways in cancers.  2) the development of photodynamic therapy for the treatment of serosal malignancies and prostate cancer, 3) the evaluation of hypoxia in human tumors, and 4) the development of imaging techniques of the tumor microenvironment.
