Areas of Interest
My clinical interests include the treatment of genitourinary, gastrointestinal, and lung cancers. The integration of IMRT (intensity modulated radiation therapy) and brachytherapy in the treatment of prostate cancer is a priority in my practice. I have collaborated closely with urologists in treating hundreds of prostate cancer patients with seed implantation since I established Capital Health System's prostate brachytherapy program in 1999.
Comprehensive radiation services are delivered at Penn Radiation Oncology at CHS. I work closely with medical oncology and surgical colleagues to integrate state-of-the-art cancer care in a convenient, comfortable, community setting. Since 1992 CHS has been a member of the University of Pennsylvania Cancer Network allowing continuity of care and collaboration with Abramson Cancer Center physicians.
