Interests

Dr. Alonso-Basanta specializes in diseases of the central nervous system, base of skull, head and neck, sarcoma and spine, including expertise in stereotactic cranial and extracranial radiotherapy.  She is trained in the use of image-guided, intensity modulated radiotherapy as well as gamma knife radiosurgery.
